Complexity and expressiveness characterize the nose, evolving towards slightly herbaceous notes with a hint of peat and a slight bitterness, transforming from orange to grapefruit. On the palate, the texture is round and delicate, blending cereal notes with sweet spices and cardamom. The finish, in harmony with the palate, introduces a discreet bitterness with peat, almost reminiscent of full-bodied dark chocolate.
