Tasting Notes

Fragrant opening aromas of honeyed peaches and sweet satsumas are balanced by warm pistachio biscotti, a hint of freshly-cut oak and delicate floral peat. Flavours of warm and earthy spices follow - crushed coriander seed and aromatic oregano - intertwined with a delicate ribbon of sweet creme brulee and gentle heather peat smoke. Sweet and spicy at the finish, there's a suggestion of sweet citrus zest in the lingering woody spices.
