Aromas of vanilla, caramel, red berries, Marzipan, icing sugar and hints of dried fruit. On the palate ripe pears, lemon juice, cinnamon, toasted almonds, peaches in syrup, hints of smoke and a layer of sweetness that comes from the Sherry cask influence.
