It's inspired by Canadian bootleggers who aged and transported whisky in cocoa barrels, resulting in a unique chocolate-infused flavour. The tasting experience features notes of pepper and fruit from the rye, complemented by vanilla, dried spices, and of course, a prominent chocolate profile.
