Tasting Notes

This is a blend of whiskies matured in select used and new oak barrels. It opens on the nose with sweet vanilla from Canadian oak and hints of charred orange marmalade. Initial tastes of ripe pear soften gradually into freshly cracked black pepper and finish with toasted creme brulee.
