Tasting Notes

The nose has a delicate and complex bouquet with fruity notes of peach, green apple and hints of ripe wild strawberry. This is enhanced with floral notes of acacia and rose. Fresh and light on the palate with a very delicate sweetness of wild strawberries and ambrosia apples. Crisp yet balanced acidity. A round fruity body leads to a clean fresh finish.
