Tasting Notes

Fresh strawberries and cream on the nose, grapefruit and rhubarb on the palate. Fermented in stainless steel to preserve fresh characters, a small portion was fermented in concrete egg, bringing a beautiful texture in the final blend. Great fruit concentration is balanced with fresh acidity and just a touch of residual sugar left.
